What did we do?

During the pandemic at this company, I was assigned to address a variety of demands from clients such as Raízen, Mondeléz, and Avon. These demands included organizing Recognition and Award Ceremonies for Leadership for Bradesco, facilitating Insurance Talent events for Bradesco Seguros, coordinating Strategic Alignment sessions like the Bradesco Managers Workshop, and managing content dissemination initiatives like the Dialogues series and the Bradesco Seguros Longevity Forum. Our mission was to prioritize user experience across all these solutions, whether through television-like dynamics, engaging games and virtual experiences, or interactive audience interaction tools.

The company, in collaboration with our team of designers, leveraged a combination of in-person engagement and digital capabilities to effectively bring together and integrate remote workers, driving cross-team engagement and reinforcing brand identity. Our approach involved the development of customized strategies adapted to the unique profiles of each audience, thus expanding the identity of each brand involved.

UX / UI

Brand Experiences and interaction platforms were and are being developed with an optimal blend of content and technologies based on UX, to promote engagement and value brands and businesses.

Final

To this day, customers continue to utilize the platform to create virtual experiences. It was truly an incredible experience for me to collaborate with the design team at this company.
